Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases from ESH BUILDING MATERIALS SDN BHD (202601033324 (1695419-K)) through eshbuildingmaterials.com.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving an order if an item is damaged on arrival, defective, incorrect, or missing. Please include the order details, photos or video evidence, and a clear description of the issue.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are reviewed case by case. Approved remedies may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product condition, stock availability, and the nature of the issue.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged by misuse, and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase where applicable. Hardware, tools, and equipment that have been used, installed, modified, scratched, stained, exposed to chemicals, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed. Custom-cut, specially ordered, clearance, or final-sale items may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
